Build Your own document imaging system

If your organization creates a lot of documents or has more than 15 employees you should not bother to read this page..

All of the tools needed to build a simple document imaging system are available in Microsoft 2000/2003/XP® .  You will need a scanner, hard drive space,  time to set-up the system and a great deal of time to administer  the system.

We are in the process of documenting the steps needed to set-up a small office document imaging system. In the meantime here are a set of links from Microsoft® that will give you some information on how to get started.  If you need help contact us at: editor@documentimagingnews.com
